FLAGS UP ON ST. JULIEN DAY

Ottawa, March 30. - The government is issuing an order that the flag must be flown at the masthead on all government buildings in Canada on the anniversary of the battle of St. Julien, April 22.  The wish is expressed that the anniversary of the day when the Canadian first division won undying honour for themselves and for Canada should be generally observed.
