Additional Service Notes

Drafted under the Military Service Act, 1917 and joined the 1st Depot Battalion, 1st Quebec Regiment at Montreal on 22 July 1918. The file documents service in Canada with that unit. He was released and struck off strength at Montreal on 17 February 1919 during demobilization.
