Contracted Bronchial and Laryngeal Catarrh in service in France April 1918
Enlisted May 8th, 1917. Carried on till April 1918 in France when she lost her voice and was also troubled with a severe cough. Hospital at Boulogne for ten days, then evacuated to England to Vincent Square Hospital at London. Remained for two weeks, then transferred to Buxton where she remained for twenty-six days; then sent to convalescent Hospital at Ensmore Gardens and in June 1918 went back to duty at Moore Barracks, Shorncliffe. Remained on duty until return to Canada 22.8.18. Since 22.9.18 has been on duty at Ste Anne de Bellevue.
