There are two attestations available for this Nursing Sister. The earlier one is entered on this page. The later one is dated August 10th, 1916, and signed at Kingston, Ontario. This one differs from the earlier attestation as it gives a home address for Miss Paynter at 11 O'Heara St., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Another difference is a new next-of-kin contact: William Charles Paynter, her brother, at Tantallon, Saskatchewan.
