Research Notes
Died at Toronto, Ontario while on the staff of the Dominion Orthopedic Hospital. Served in France with the A.F.S. and later with the Canadian Army Medical Corps from 1914 until November, 1917 when she was transferred to England. She was repatraited in July 1918. Remains returned to Collingwood, Ontario for interment.
