Trained at Lady Stanley Hospital, Ottawa from 1903-1906
Apr. 7,1917 disembarked Liverpool proceeded to CAMC Depot Westernhanger. Apr. 11 War hosp. for duty Brighton. July 10,1917 served Saint Cloud, outside Paris before returning back to England-Westenhanger. Jan. 28, 1918 admitted hosp. Vincent Square London-Ptomaine poisoning and Bronchitis changed to read Anemia and Debility. Feb. 22 discharged and granted sick leave until March 15. March 16 posted to Bramshott for duty. Apr. 17, 1918 admitted as patient to Bramshott haemorrhaging from her stomach-placed on dangerously ill list.
April 24, 1918- Nursing Sister Agnes Florian Forneri died of acute haemorrhaging at 4:45 A.M.. Shortly after her death she was buried with full military honours in St. Marys the Virgin churchyard cemetery Bramshott Hampshire, England. Agnes Florien Forneri was the daughter of Canon The Reverend R.S. Forneri of St.Georges Cathedral, Kingston, Ontario. She was a niece to Consuelo De Forneri and her husband Reverend Albert L. Geen, Moodie Cottage, Belleville.
