Notes
Miss Gretchen Kelly's photo appeared in the Toronto Star in January 1918 with that of her new husband, Captain Charles Clarke Ballantyne, C.A.M.C., West Cliff Hospital, Folkestone, England. She was married on January 21st, 1918 at St. Martin's Church at Folkestone. According to the report she had been overseas for more than a year and had a sister and three brothers in active service.
